Hello ppl, I'm planing to buy this cable, looks good, but:

As I can see, this have a Red and Black 'things' to connect to the Phone, BUT where is the green? the BSI line. To use with JAF. ?

If I buy it, new, from GPG it still need a modification to works fine??

you have to need Modification to Use the Jaf.
