How to access to Support Area ?

Every UFC PRO 2012 have its own SERIAL Number. you must register your UFC PRO 2012 on Support Area

Nice to have a support area for pinouts, less nice is if we cannot login to it.

bought this gpg 2012ufc from gsmserver but many cellphones cant fit in,a lot of pins are inverse,the main body of the ufc covers the battry terminals and i cant clip vcc,bsi,gnd ,help,tanks in advance
