Here is the Complete List Of LG Modles.Check this list if added in list then u can Flash ur set if not add in list then u can not repair this with LG TOOL

i checked if it is blinking i think it will be not connected by usb ,,,,wating for your answer

Connect Ur Phone Without Battery.
If this modle is added in List then u can repair this set with lg tool.
