help with kk box - GSM-Forum

Hello today i receieved my pc lbf

i really dont want to sound stupid but need advice

1. I make a sl3 log file using cyclone box
2. i connect kk box and enter imei
3. then i open log file , sha format ,text or bcl?
4. Dio i selct linear or random
5. do i select distributed work?

i tried and go this error can not continue without any platforms
this is all new to me
so please help me

despite uninstalling and reinstalling

This kk dongle continues to say

cannot continue without any platforms

please can someone suggest or help

Anyone please help me a very nice person used team viewer and said it's windows problem but it's brand new installation of windows 7 ultimate Im stuck with a pc and kk dongle

still no one knows why this error , my kk box works ok normally

Both ATi cards are installed and fiited correctly

any ideas

You no have problem here with kk product.
Check your PC or OS seting.
