how to install kk dongle?

i followed the instruction above! but i cannot go through stage4

can you tell me how to install driver in a different way? because i cant update windows,, i dont know why!

or can someone give me direct link for kk dongle driver? (for win7 32bit)

New ftdi driver for 32bit: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/CDM20812.zip
for manual install .
