Problems with E960 unlocking

Hi,
i have problems, i did what is written in manual:
1. Connect router to LAN port
2. Close any Connection managers(if any running)
3. Read info for check communication
4. Simlock status may be wrong readed but it is normal
5. Click UNLOCK

when i click UNLOCK button then i see this:
Quote:
Looking for phone... [USB/PCMCIA]
Error: Detect COM ports
Looking for phone... [LAN]
Adapter no: 1 , card IP: [192.168.1.105] , gateway: [192.168.1.1]
Phone not found.
what i can do to unlock that?

this error mean that U cannot connect to KK server.
If U trying to use E960 as internet source then it will not work
U must have internet connection, E960 must be as offline device
