S8000 Jet phone freeze unlock doesn't work...

I bought Kulankendi credit to unlock phone freeze, but it's not possible to enter the code...

I insert other SIM, phone freeze is shown, with options SOS and Phone. Instructions says to press SOS, but that just calls emergency number directly, it does not show keypad.

If I press Phone, it shows keypad, but when i enter the code and hit the middle button, nothing happens. If i hit the send/call button, it says only emergency calls.

What do I do!?

1. Be sure that battery is at least half charged!!!
1. Power ON phone without simcard
2. Connect USB cable, install drivers from support: Samsung_USBDrivers.exe
3. Select "Read Unlock Codes" option and click EXECUTE
4. Do not try disconnect phone or other stupid things!!!
5. Wait few seconds for codes
TIP: for read unlock codes phone can be in Samsung or Qualcomm mode

If phone ask for PhoneLock code after power on use [method 1]
If phone ask for SimCard code after power on with simcard inside use method 2

[Method 1]
1. Power ON phone without simcard
2. Connect cable, install drivers from support: Samsung_USBDrivers.exe (or from CD with phone)
3. Select "Read PhoneLock" option and click EXECUTE and wait for codes
4. If phone have SimCard lock set(check with simcard) do now Method 2

[Method 2]
1. Power ON phone without simcard
2. Enter code: *#782872# it will switch mode to Qualcomm
3. Connect cable, install drivers from support: QUALCOMM_USB_Driver.rar
4. Go to SETTINGS and click DETECT,select COM port with "Qualcomm Diagnostic" name and click ACCEPT
5. Select "Read PhoneLock" or "Read Simcard Lock"(or both) option(s) and click EXECUTE and wait for codes
6. Switch back communication to Samsung mode by enter *#726872# code

TIP: PhoneLock code can be readed in both Samsung & Qualcomm mode
SimCard Lock code can be readed ONLY in Qualcomm mode

these codes are wrong ,they are for unlock NCK not unfreeze:

With Original SIM card in handset
Enter #7465625*638*UNFREEZE CODE
Phone Unfrozen
Input unaccepted SIM card into handset
Enter #7465625*638*UNLOCK CODE#
Your Phone should now unlock

Phone need to be unfeezed first to accept any lock level code.
I saw 2 times situation what U have and solution is only one: U must flash phone to other sw version because something is broken in firmware, U can try factory resets by codes but as I remember I checked it already with my friend who had same situation. Most funny is that I flash my phone with same firmware as my friend had (maybe same as U have) and for me all works perfect, so explanation is simple: something is broken(like file system errors) and need to be repaired first. I never test put 20 or more time bad unfreeze code, maybe this is reason why phone do not want to call unfreeze function in phone after. After flash phone all codes what U got will works for UR phone of course, so U can put unfreeze code.
If U do not have any experience about flashing S8000, tell me what language U want and will try to find firmware for U + sw and instructions
Believe me is only one way, I have S8000 here and I tested it

oka I tested phone again here and maybe is some missunderstanding in instructon. For S8000 when is freezed phone show frame with: message and SOS and CALL Button. select CALL button and U will see keypad, put unfreeze code (8 digits only) and do not push any other key, acceptation is not needed, phone should selft accept it and ask for any lock level like Network lock. Tell me what phone says when U try this way?

oka here is:

first flash file

1. run multiloader
2. select LSI6410
3. mark: Full Download
4. decompress S8000 firmware
5. click BOOT and locate BOOT directory in S8000 uncompressed dir(U can select only directory for BOOT)
6. click AMSS and locate amss.bin file (do not mistake with other file)
7. click APSS and locate apps_compressed.bin file (do not mistake with other file)
8. click RSC1 and locate file with extension "rc1" probably will be only one
9. click RSC2 and locate file with extension "rc2" and with "(low)" in file name. Do not load other file like, is important coz UR phone can go crazy
10. click Factory FS and load any .ffs file(if more than 1)
11. do not load other files
12. connect powered on phone
13. click Port search, phone should go to download mode (U will see on LCD)
14. click Download and wait till all finish

Please keep in mind, that flashing drain battery fast so better charge phone to full. Also keep in mind that any power interruption can kill phone(most sensitive is boot area only).

did U select BOOT files while flashing phone??
try also reset phone(without simcard) by codes(some may not works):

*2767*3855# - Full SVC Reset
*2767*2878# - custom reset
*2767*782# - SVC Reset
*2767*8451# - Reset

Hi, I got a problem with the drivers, I install the Samsun_USBDrivers.exe on my computer and connect the phone but nothing happens, can u tell me what I have to do? ty, i need the unfreeze code.
