just need to know under what conditions this error comes up and wats the effect it has on the cloud server ?

and very often i got this error

its in windows box , and keeps on coming say like around 15 windows and than stops.

if u see the debug log , all is ok no harm to machines or the process .......

but, this result in the some big error on all the slave machines & result all shut down and you have to start from scratch [error: lack of allocated machines on server beside all is correctly allocated ( after some hrs around 12 approx )]

i think there is slight tunning needed inside program
