9850 cant conect [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

i've been trying to unlock this model but initially cant read info... i wonder if this is an unsupported model or MEP. i wonder you can help me. here is a picture with the log, it always stop in this part of the process

i already checked, maybe you missunderstood the failure. in this bb isn't activated user lock code

with all models of blackberrys you always get some that are not showing up, simply let pc find phone via built in drivers, turn phone onto standby with red call button. Switch straight back on and count 2 seconds. now press read phone and it will read.

remove battrey wait 5 sec insert battrey insert cable & read code ,now all ok
