bb box stopped working yesterday help! [SOLVED]

hello my bb box has been working brillianty since i bought it 2 months ago yesterday was working fine at my home, took it with my laptop that i always use to my girlfriends house like i normally do and would not connect at at all.

it kept saying check connection yet internet is fast in both homes.

i ran sat tool diagnostics and its saying SERVER ACCOUNT (ERR)

and now on the bottom of screen it says unregistered or not configured

on the diagnostics it says certifcate is fine but tried to get another one to see if it changed but wont let me on the server full stop

its a prepaid bb box via fonefunshop so how can i have server account error?

i really need this tool working please
