HBOOT-1.76.0004
version is supported.just re install drivers
and firewall do desactivate.if still same do hard reset.hope will help u br
Hold HOME + BACK, then briefly touch the END CALL/POWER ON key. This will bring you to the clear data screen.
user deta will deleted.

im turn off firewal but that still same
my h boot not 1.76
my hboot
HBOOT-1.33.0004 (SAPP10000)

hard reset and try again,make sure activesync is installed properly
