BB-Box team i need your assistance [ANSWERED]

this is the first time was happened to me.

i alraedy installed BB-Box software, Active Sync, filled up my

user and password on BB-Sat and so on... when i started to use the software

by clicking "CONNECT" software start then disappear.

where do you think is the problem guys?

In this case you can try, re-plug box to PC, change USB ports, change USB cable and last check your PC for spyware software or viruses. These are the main reasons for that behavior.

Hi!

sad to say i already tried on my 3 PC desktop and and 1 laptop
samething, same problem. i think its not a PC software or spyware problem,
i think its a BB-Box software problem.
by the way i am trying to unlock BlackBerry 7290.

Post here all unlocked phones using BB-Box

test and post result

Thank You sir, but nothings change even though i reinstalled the
usb driver from your link posted.
still when clicking the "CONNECT" button, BB-Box software
started to read IMEI etc... then BB-Box software disappear.

did u try to install ur box in a clean computer just to check !!
did u also tested with 2 different phones !!

if yes, then read this No more support via msn messenger [please read] and join me tomorrow by sonork, will try to check ur problem remotly
