hi having problem unlocking this phone

tried already reset policy bin in Crackutil many time

i have been done also PROGRAM phone

but whene i connect to BBbox its stop in the middle of the process

i hope you can help me

heres my imei 351503055055659 PRD 42553-011

its lock from LONDON its white bb 9900

hi,install bbsak and do factory reset.after it try hope your problem will solve.
