Member: 51453 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 729  | box problem could not connect to server [SOLVED] i have registered my box on my other pc..then it is working fine..later on my pc have a problem so i have use my bb-box to other pc the try to unlock bb unit but i get error.here is the error ERROR...Check Account on sat tools i get also this one Account STORED Successfully on your Hard Drive Return to 'Box Data' tab and check if you can connect 11:21:17 PM Connecting with Main Server... A07 ERROR Login and passwd not found (or box not registered) 1.- Execute SAT tool 2.- Press 'Setup Account' button 3.- Verify that you have user/pass correct 4.- Press 'Save Login Data' button Connecting with Support Server . . . YOU DON'T NEED TO CREATE ACCOUNT This box was registered previously. If you don't remember password use Recover button. If you can't remember login then contact support. i know my user name & pass.but problem is cannot use my bb-box.any help is highly appreciated.thanks br |
