Till this bug will be fixed (we are preparing new update and installer) do this for fix your problem.

Go to the path where certificate is stored (i put my path for example)
You must change your username.

C:\Users\wendigo\AppData\Roaming\3G-Key

and now rename folder to :

C:\Users\wendigo\AppData\Roaming\3G Key-Box

After this, software will work.

software close as soon as it opens. Pls help me . I have formatted my pc
but still the same
