I Need Help with BB-BOX [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

In Friday I try to calculate blackberry
And I have error when I try to enter in bb box

ERROR: Key File Not Found
Please Start PolarSat
Click User Action
Click request box Certification

I do request to the box certification and still cannot enter in bb box program
please help me

what i need to do?
the software was reinstaled

You need to do exactly what software says, start PolarSat and enter the user name and password you used for register your box, after that request box certificate and the open BB-Box software again, all should be OK, if not tell us what info/error is giving you PolarSat when you request certificate.
