Installing BB-box, getting error while opening BB-box programme [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I've installed both BB-Box_Installer_v122_(XP_and_Win7).exe and BB-Box_Installer_v123_(XP_and_Win7).exe

I'm running wimdows 7. When i connect the BB-box, nothing is happening. when i select the programme from the programme list, i get an error. See screenshot..

Please help me.

seems is first time u use ur box, PLZ read FAQ
did u read what error asked u to do ??? plz read carfully

It is the first time. I have followd the error. In start menu i have searched for Polar Sat (see screengrab1). When i open it says snelkoppeling (quick-release?) is not there (screengrab2)

i not understund what exactly the error u face with SAT, so plz post a screen shot, or join me via sonork for check ur problem remotly

Thanks for your help. I've attached to screenshots. 1 is searching for PolarSat. 2 is the message i get when i want to open it. Shortkey is missing or something

man check ur desktop, i see it inside ur picture
if u still can't run, then desable ur antivirus, install again update (keep antivirus desabled) and run SAT

I saw it, but could not open. Now i have :-)
So, one more question. Where is this "setup tab"? I can't see it in this screen (see screenshot)

Helloo all, im new to unlocking phones, i have tge BB-Box, i downloaded all the software, when i go to open BB-Box it blinks and closes, then when i open the bb sat it doesnt work and it says i have to registar, and i cant because i have absolutely no idea how to do so. please help. i have alot of work do
