Problem after Registration - HELP! [SOLVED]


When i click "Save Login Data" it just says:

Error. Cannot store account data. Check your BB-Box instalation

Help Please

Friend! You have anything wrong.Check Drivers in Device Manager
Use last Sat Software Version. Disable antivurus and Firewall Check
Internet Connection.
After this Try again. If you need I can Help you by TeamViewer.

Drivers are good, im using last Sat Software (1.3.3). Antivirus and firewall are disabled and my Internet Connection its working :S

Btw im an old user so i just re-registered

We modified server structure and serials internally.
With last update v1.2.2 is necesary that all users register his box again.

After this new register, all will be working as usual.
Please, for register box use BB-SAT tool (included in all updates of BB-BOX)

Yes i did, otherwise i couldnt acces to the sat tool's menu

When i run the Diagnostic Tool it says everything is fine but the Port Settings (It says Wrning) I'm gonna try with the "Recover My Password" option

Problem Solved

Im using Win7
To solve this problem just run both, BB Sat and BB-Box as "Administrator"
