I have problem to enter MEP codes in BB 8530. how i do this?

are you sure your phone model is 8530???
because 8530 is CDMA

8530 = CDMA
8520 = GSM

What problem exactly do you have?

Are you able to type MEPD? What info do you get on screen after you type it?

If you type MEP2 what do you see on screen?

Give all possible details about what you have done and what is the phone showing you, otherwise we wouldn't be able to help you.
