Problem to registrate BB Box. Need help [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I was work with BB box and install again windows 7 Professional x64
All drivers was installed correctly i can enter in SAT but i cannot receive certificates. The program saying that my account login UNDEFFINED?
here i add the report of diagnostic

Same problem on POLAR BOX 3

How i can resolve this problem???

both boxes are registred correctly inside server
all what u have to do is to install last updates for both boxes
right clic on softwares and choose run as admin
then finally generate your licences
