please make sure you have installed the latest drivers for your UCT Box.
please make sure you are using the latest setup of UCT Software.
please make sure you are selecting the correct com port number in the UCT Software.
Please try to update your UCT Box fimware to version 1.46D and try again.

If still nothing helps, then please make a screenshot of your device manager and send it to me,, post here or mail me [email protected]
