Did u took backup of your old flash file? r u able to flash it 100%??
Also please try if full manual erasing of the handset works for you, means first erase full handset manuall and then flash it with new flash file.

Details on how to erase full flash file manually; http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f596...ndset-1235137/

Easy instructions on: How to Full Erase a Flash Chip of a MTK as well as a SPD Handset

First, most important, why do we need to full erase?
Sometimes writting flash files to chinese phones is a big problem. even if u got everything ok, it might give error at some percentage. sometimes stuck at 10%, sometimes stuck at 15%. As per my personal experience, Full erasing has always been usefull before flashing. Either that be chinese phones or be nokia phones

Step-by-Step Guide on how to erase full flash of your chinese handset:
  1. Read the Information of the handset (Also read full flash backup of handset in case u need it in future)

  2. At the bottom of the information read, you can notice how much size is your flash chip. like in our example SpreadTrum handset, its 64mb
  3. Now select "Format", Uncheck "Auto Format"
  4. Enter the hex size "0x04000000" in the "Size" field, (Leave the Start field as it is)

  5. Press Start and your phone will be full erased in few seconds.

Now most important is to put correct size for formatting.
Depending on your flash size you need to enter the correct format size, the details are as follows:
  • If your handset Flash is 8mb, then enter format size = 0x00800000 for Full Erase
  • If your handset Flash is 16mb, then enter format size = 0x01000000 for Full Erase
  • If your handset Flash is 32mb, then enter format size = 0x02000000 for Full Erase
  • If your handset Flash is 64mb, then enter format size = 0x04000000 for Full Erase

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To Prove this, we also made a simple test. We read the flash before formatting a handset.
Now when this readed flash file is opened in a hex editing software we see this:

But after formatting the handset with size "0x04000000" and reading the flash file again. What we see now in Hex editing software is this:

Hence Proved
