you have to format a phone first then write imei.

as said by mr. vijendra,, please format the phone first and then try again. but still if u have any problem then please post here more details about the phone. like which cpu and which flash memory, etc.

can u tell me what problem in phone? cause according to this cpu i dont think there should be any problem.
i have tested myself many many phones. please check again with lower speed. maybe it helps.

et-box is very futered and very simple to unlock/format/track but i need to flash the dead mobile.
when i go to the related site i didnot find the flash files like model SigmatelS1, Royal3588,SigmatelS3 etc., pls help me to find the flash files.

here u can see how to flash and even repair IMEI for the phones.
