This can be due to many reasons. Can be due to incomplete upgrade of firmware, bad voltage spikes can corrupt the firmware inside UCT Box, can be due to some bugs too. But this can be solved easy with the UCT Box Fiwmare UpGrade Utility. To fix this. you need to fix the complete firmware by using "Emmergency UpGrade" feature.
