Sir, please check following:
1. proper drivers installation
2. make sure you are using correct cmm port number
3. if none of them work, then please send box back to your reseller for checkup.

if you have any problem in step 1 or 2,, then please post and iw ill try hep u again. or if u can read the users manual, all is written well in it.

Q. Not able to connect MTK handsets with CPU ID 6235
A. For handsets based on MTK CPU ID 6235 or based on NAND memory, you need to select Mode as "NAND" and Boot version as "Ver3.952". After this connect handset and all should be ok.

Yes, it does support sim 3 or sim 4 handsets. but only have limited features.
But sorry, as IMEI repair is not available for 3rd sim or 4th sim. But we hope UCT Team will soon implement this feature,.

Just hope for the best.

yes,, can.
UCT Box can repair IMEI for Spreadtrum handsets. The procedure is little dirfferent.

Repair IMEI on SpreadTrum (SPD) Handsets:

1. Take full backup of handset using the “Readback” feature.
2. Go to “SpreadTrum” tab, select “IMEI”, enter the new IMEI in “New IMEI Code” box and the existing IMEI in the handset in “Original IMEI” box.
3. Select the readed flash file in step 1 in the file location and then press “Start”.
4. Now a new file has been created in the same folder with new name ending with new IMEI. Just flash this new file to the handset using the “Download” feature.
5. Your phone now has the new and repaired IMEI.

Please let me know if u dont understand or you need any firther assistance.
