I have an Alcatel OneTouch Pop Astro on hand now. I tried looking for the App in playstore but getting error "This item isnt available on your carrier"
how to get this app? Should I download the APK from other sites will it work?

1. Put in non accepted sim card (sim other then the company its locked to)
2. Power it on
3. see if it ask for a unlock code

im have the phone in costarica put a sim car from my phone company ICE the phone take signal , not request unlock code when im try to call said only emergency.
im not sure what im need ?

Hello Amigo i check the phone and found the Service Provider is lock
and have only 3 posibility to put the unlock code.
