there is a new domain with new script update, i think unlockking.net is still the old version.

im having the same problem as salami with api not working, looks like it has been disabled.

for api right now solution seems to be register on new site, add new site to "other fusion" field in your dhru, and re-import all tools.

For people with no dhru, you can just register on new site and submit your orders.

Yes, more information and faster action would be appreciated.
We got loads of IMEIs stuck in system and non-working API.

No info, no reply to any emails to any address... Cannot do business like that.

I have contacted, sent emails and submitted tickets and received no answers. I have codes "waiting action" for the past 5 days.... This is not acceptable. The site was down for the past 4 days this week and was up and down for like 1 day . If you are going to do this, atleast refund whatever is processing so we dont tell customers "1 more day" while you take another 3... The site said "back in 12 hrs, back in 18 hrs.., back in 2hrs" like 3 different times, yet when its back the service is not restored? The absolute least you can do is actually answer emails.

Please bear in mind, some people are sellers on ebay. Some have promised a timeframe, just like you promised. The difference is when you dont deliver, you might not get an order again, while if we do not deliver due to you not keeping your end of the deal, we receive negative feedback, and cases are opened. So instead of empty promises of when it will be back, either refund the money or process the codes. Its really that simple.
