plz read carfully description inside nano software :

- phone off
- read codes
- MicroUSB UART cable connected

microusb UART is RS232 cable




[Phone|simcard codes by USB]
- phone on
- USB cable connected
- read/clear phone|simcard codes

for user code, u can use only usb cable phone/sim code READING will read actual set code without problem
for clearing nano can show error but lock will be cleared
