Support website. ¿¿ wrong flashes ??? [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

Hi, good evening.
First have to say that Im a new Nano user, and indeed Im very satisfied with this tool. Keep it up. Many things to implement yet, I think..and hope.

The matter is that I have been downloading files from support area to add to my flashes database, and in the LG BL20 section, many flashes just download as HTML file with 1,75kb.
Is that normal?????
or is there any download limit, that I have reached??????
If there is any limit??? how it is???? and when will be reseted????

try with right clic and choose save file as, this problem can be cause by browser

Dont think so, its just a matter of wrong clic. As I did download many, and other many more just downloaded an HTML file with 1,75kb.
Dont think, some files have to be downloaded in one way, and others ina different way.
I did try both, left clic, and browser opens to point where to save file, and the other way also, right clic ans save file as, and again browser opens to point where you want to save the file.

As said, some works, and many others doesn´t.

Hello

for me working fine...
without any Problem...
What i did i click on file i need new page opens for Final Click to download file and it starts.
I use Mozilla and Google Chrome both works..
Dont use Download Manager is better....If installed Hold shift and Click on download button

Thanks to all for answering, but, dont know what you have tried, but I keep on getting same "error" while trying to download "some" flashes, and some others can download without any problem.

As you see, I can download some and sone cant. using the same browser. Something strange, dont know what, but so it is.

Ok,

Problem fixed, seems our PHP application not allow to download all filenames that have "+" inside (most of LG)
Seems now is working, test and if any other error happend, please inform to me or product supporters for fix as soon as possible.
