post more details,wich model u try to unlock,and wich model u select on nano-software?,better to post screen shot In order to give us possiblity to understaind cause of the issue

looks like this error happens when selecting a different model than the one I am trying to unlock! I selected F400 and the model I had is F406 (they look exactly the same but F406 is north american from ROGERS) I was hoping it would work but I kept getting this error even when trying to select other qualcomm models from the list

Kindly recheck the Port assign to your qualcomm
if high lower it under 20
