Why not is i8000 unlock procedure necessary files in support????

here is procedure :

| Model: I8000
| Connector: microUSB
| Direct unlock: ---
| Simlock codes: USB
| Phone codes: USB
| Phone mode: Powered ON
#================================#
#
[Simlock codes]
- phone on
- upload to memory card diagenable.exe
- remove cable from phone
- execute diagenable.exe and select [usb_phone].Close diagenable.exe
- write code *#9090# and select 1 [on virtual keyboard]
- connect cable
- install drivers [SamsungWinCE_Diag_USBdrivers.rar]
- read codes
[Unlock]
[!] not available
[Phone|simcard codes]
- phone on
- clear phone|simcard code
[!] clear phone|simcard will erase all phone user content(format)

I´m refering to diagenable.exe and wince samsung usb modem drivers,man it would be nice found them in support.
