7520 unlock pls help - GSM-Forum

hi all i am trying to unlock bb 7520 but when i try to read the mep code it does not read i have tried 4 different mep code reader still the same thing,i have checked the it policy it is disabled and not locked pls help so how can i now read the mep code and serial number or which other way can i use in unlocking this phone?and when i read info on mx-key the imei and mep code do not read out but other info reads

but when i put any simcard it tells me card error ,the imei is 010000839949... has this got to do with any thing?

Disable your antivirus (i`m guessing that you are using one and it`s interfering with mep readers)
