if not supported mep , then ok, if mep supported and u get request failed, just open the software, do not select tool, go to the server section , refresh servers and select a diffrent one, my problem solved,

dont say bull**** this mep is on list in mxkey program and is supported

it works thx also i change serwer to 2 and it works also for me
