phone invalid sim means provider lock

If your phone has

"MEP Loaded" then no way. alternatively you can give another try after wipe with any handy utilities.

Only DM3 can unlock this model right now. with MEP loaded.

even you resset the counter the same problem again like this problem no sulotion YET maybe polar Box but i dont try polar b'coz i dont have polar box

i Try allready Program
Resset counter but no Luck same problem code Error
maybe do this if the SFI for 9700 is realese but now no SFI update for high model only 9000
