Blackberry unlock not working after update - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I updated to MobileEx 3.5 rev 2.2 and the Blackberry unlock stop working, so I unistalled it and installed 3.5 rev 2.1 but now I got this error

[UnauthorizedFault] Sorry C08156D9, your [CR1]DCT4PLUS remaining credits(49) and [CR2]BB5 remaining credits(100) is not enough.
You need to have at least 100 DCT4PLUS and 100 BB5 credits.
Please contact authorized reseller from your country area for MXKEY credits listed here:

ERROR: request failed!
BlackBerry Smartphone detached.

It was working just fine before the update

Any help would be appreciated

do synchronize Files all will be ok

same problem, does not open the software update mxbox to reinstall again, help!

If he had MXBOX, software will calculate his codes standalone.
He have only MXKEY, that is why ask him about credits.

He should buy MXBOX/HTI, then he will see is standalone calculation.
