just read imei and mep with phone. after write mep and imei some where and remove the phone. then open blackberry tool with no connection. put the imei and mep tick manual and calculate code. your problem solved

i used 1,4 but 1,4 not have all mep supported, and when y sincronized the file 1,4 has benn converted in 1.6.
