tick mannual option then calculate

If you are sure that mep code generated is correct you can use your phone:s IMEI and MEP to manually calculate your network unlock code and it works for the unlock of your bb. Not all BB can be read by the software. Just copy and paste imei and mep into their appropriate places in calculator and press CALCULATE then you get all your unlock codes displayed.

Most of the blackberry can be read ... its just another ERROR they did wit this update .... Try to press scan and disconnect and connect again try pressing scan and connecting and disconnecting it will work ... just need patience ...
