Android rooting guides by model


Hi,
considering some users requestes been decided to create this thread where list the rooting guide for some android models.
These guides will help the owners of those mobiles to root their handset.

How to root Oppo Find 5 Mini (R827)

These are the instructions to root Oppo Find 5 Mini (R827) using Framaroot Application on Phone itself (no need of computer to root).

Requirements: Your Oppo Find 5 Mini (R827) tab should have atleast 10-20 percent of phone battery to perform the rooting process.

Root Oppo Find 5 Mini (R827) with Framaroot

Step 1: Enable installation of 3 party Apps on your Oppo Find 5 Mini (R827). To Enable, Open Settings > Security > Device Administration >Unknown Sources (tick to enable it).



Step 2: Download and install Framaroot Application on your Oppo Find 5 Mini (R827) tab. Once installation is completed you will be able to see the Framaroot Icon in the App Menu.



Step 3: Now, Tap on the Framaroot App Icon to Open it.



Step 4: Once Framaroot Application is launched you will be able to see the following screen on your Device:



Step 5: In Framaroot, You will be able to see 3 options i.e Boromir and Faramir, Barahir. Tap on the Barahir Option.



Step 6: Now, you will be able to see the Framaroot success Message on the Phone Screen.



Step 7: Now, you have to restart your Device.

Now your Oppo Find 5 Mini (R827) tablet is Rooted. To check whether your phone is rooted correctly, open Applications Menu, there you will be able to see a new app installed, called SuperSU. If this app exist then it means you have successfully rooted your device.



Optional: You can also verify that your device is successfully rooted or not by Root Checker Application.
Keep in Mind:
[*] No data loss process: Your Oppo Find 5 Mini (R827) Phone Data like contacts, pictures, videos, music and etc will be not affected with this method.
[*] Device Warranty: Once you full unroot your device through SuperSU, you can claim for the phone warranty. In short no need to worry for phone warranty.
[*] How to unroot: To unroot, Open SuperSU > Settings > Full Unroot.
[*] Credits: Framaroot Application is developed by alephzain (XDA Developer).

How to root Celkon A119Q Signature HD

These are the instructions to root Celkon A119Q Signature HD smartphone using motochopper tool on Windows Computer.

Requirements: Your Celkon A119Q Signature HD Smartphone should have at least 40 percent or above battery to perform the rooting process.

Root Celkon A119Q Signature HD

Step 1: Download and extract Celkon A119Q Signature HD USB Driver on your Windows Computer.



Step 2: Enable USB Debugging mode on your Celkon A119Q Signature HD smartphone. To Enable USB Debugging: Settings > Development > USB Debugging (Tick to enable it).

(Developers Option is hidden for Android 4.2.2 or above, to show this option Go to Settings > About Phone > Built Number (Tap on it for 5-8 times).



Step 3: Now connect your smartphone to the computer and install the USB drivers (locate to the extracted drivers in Step#1).

Step 4: Download and Extract motochopper tool on your Windows Computer. After Extracting you will be able to see the following files:



Step 5: Now, Open run.bat (you have extracted this file in step 4).



Step 6: Once Run.bat file is launched you will be able to see the following screen. Now, to begin the rooting process Press any Key from the keyboard.



Step 7: Once rooting process is completed you will be able to see the following screen with success message. Now, again Press any Key from the keyboard. This will exit the run.bat file and your Celkon A119Q Signature HD smartphone will restart automatically.



Step 8: Now your Celkon A119Q Signature HD is successfully rooted. To verify this, Open Applications Menu On your Smartphone and search for SuperSU app installed.



Optional: You can also verify that your device is successfully rooted or not by Root Checker
Points to remember:

[*] No data loss process: Your Phone Data like contacts, pictures, videos, music and etc will be not affected with this method.

[*] Warranty Void: Your Celkon A119Q Signature HD phone Warranty may be void after following the above tutorial.

[*] How to Unroot? To unroot, Open SuperSU > Settings > Full Unroot.
