Android spd 6280 error - GSM-Forum

Please anyone with solution for this Android tablet with image shown below. It is a spreadtrum sc6280 cpu base tablet with google password, after format with Volcano Tool, device could not load again.

PLEASE WHEN I TRIED TO FOLLOW UP YOUR INSTRUCTION, ALL COULD
GET WAS AS IT IS IN THE FOLLOWING LOG PIC.

LOOKING AT THE DEVICE MANAGER, THERE are TWO SPD PORT WHICH IS COMPLETELY
DIFFERENT TO THAT IN YOUR OWN DESCRIPTION.

I ONLY GET THE >>> PLEASE HOLD THE POWER ON KEY... AND NOTING MORE.

PLEASE WHAT I MY DOING WRONG? I would appreciate if you can further guide me
to achieve a desire result. Thanks for sparing your time.
