sky a800s only on logo?

try hard reset ur phone with following steps..

* Vol- + search btton + power, u have triangle
* Press on the left down touch on the touch screen, now u have Android recovery system
* with vol- , go on wipe data/factory reset
* Confirm with " SKY " touch scren
* Go on yes and confirm with Sky again
* confirm " reboot system now " with SKY

DONE.
