Brother please use "MY PHONE EXPLORER" to backup all your phone data. Just set you USB DEBUGGING on & set ur phone on CHARGE ONLY mode, so MYPHONE EXPLORER can locate it.

Another important thing you have to select the precise ADB DRIVER for you phone. Otherwise ANDROID PHONE TOOLS will not work. It works both on x86 / x64 systems flawlessly (x64 my choice).
