this soft is for pattern locked up phones . . and if there is a pattern lock in ur cellphone u cant access "menu" and set "USB DEBUGGING ON"

hence cant take backup with any software . .

thats why i asked that ques . .

if you want this software to work perfectly on your system, its recommended use windows xp sp3 with netframework 2.0 & 3.5 installed on your system....

and if still software not opens, just disable your antivirus for some time

Connect the tab to the computer through the cable. Click on the Android Multi Tools v1.02b gsmforum file.
Now select any option as shown on the screen and pres enter.
