I fellow these steps but after reset done, pattern lock still there not removed

1. Press hold the power button and then touch the Power off option on the screen to turn off the device.
2. Simultaneously press and hold the volume up button and volume down button .
3. Without releasing the volume buttons, press and hold the power button, until the device turns on the configuration screen.
4. Press the volume buttons to move the highlight bar on the screen to the Factory reset option.
5. Press the Camera button to start the reset process.
6. Wait for the device to reboot.

What is the solution ?

brothers this is how it goes
1)you have to hold the vol up and vol down at the same time for 2 or 3 sec before pressing on power(vol up +vol down + power) pls follow the steps
2)hold the keys for about 20 to 30sec
3)till a srceen to reset the phone come but rememder that all data will be lost so do not forget to backup
