usualy for upgrade you need to :

first hardspl before start upgrad ... let me know you model

for any model whats procedure for upgrade ?:confused::confused::confused:

generaly these methods work , but all cases are not same , you could get some exception with else phones .
exe job
1 : Hardspl ( for unlock bootloader to accept any else rom than Original )
2 : some rom need that you upagrad radio version too , but not anytime
3 : run upgrade by lunch exe ( follow software instruction it will drive you to succes )

Img job : that requierd a memory card 1g is good . format it to Fat32

1 : Hardspl
2 : install recovery image tool ( better for make job easy ) depend to your rom too
3 : often need to upgrade Radio depend to your rom ( search to know more before )
4 copy paste img on sd card and start job ..

ps : copy/paste needed ( hardspl/radio/ or even rom ) file in mmc and boot phone to fastboot mode same for each job.
