Is there a chance to update 7.1.2 to 8.0 while pixel is frp locked and debuging off?

Download ADB/ fastboot files and put them in a folder. Use sideload should work.
P.S. Granted Administrator on Windows first.

Yes. All you need is Android 8.0.0 running on September 2017 security patch. Download the OTA package and sideload via recovery.

if you have not enabled OEM and adb debug YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO UPDATE VIA SIDELOAD
so if you have frp it's not possible to enable adb debugging
so forget about update via sideload
all connection usb to pc will be unknown device
So if any one have another solution to update or to remove frp in pixel 7.1.2 please let me know

ps i use phone via nova lunch

100% working solution in a pixel with android 7.1.1 and security Feb 5, 2017 with OEM lock and locked Bootloader. All you have to do is Download the OTA package sailfish-ota-opr6.170623.012-b48a822b.zip from google drive and sideload via recovery. The OTA package has security August 5, 2017 and Android versión 8.0.0.

to fix this problem, boot it into recovery mode, and choose option "apply update from ADB" that will turn on adb so you can sideload the s/w just did this myself and it worked.

I tried this but when I open FRP Bypass, i click Google Account Manager APK Install, then i click for version 5.0 then there's a pop up that says.

Google account manager, do you want to install an update to this existing application? your existing data will not be lost. the update application will get access to: New or All, i chose all like your video says, then i try click install, it comes back with App Not Installed. Now when i turn off the USB mass storage it will let me install it, but with USB Mass Storage on it will not let me install. So i turned it off to install it, after that i click ByPass FRP like in your video and click browser sign in, and it says "FRP Bypass has Stopped"
