you can easily hard reset through android multi tools and recovery and download software

i need help for panasonic eluga dl1 . i tried to hardreset it with pressing the power button for 20 seconds. i tried also with android tools software but the problem is i dont know how to get the phone in fastboot mode or adb mode. if i press volume up/ down and power button i get recovery mode but it is asking for the code if i want to make a reset.
can somebody help me to hardreset it

2) Now Press Power on/off button then press vol + (Note: Keep Power on/off button pressed while pressing vol +)
3)It will open recovery console. There u wl be able to restore ur factory settings
