hard reset dell xcd35 pl help need urgent

This you will do in clockwork

Remove the battery
Put the battery back in
Hold the Volume Down button turn the phone on
Use Volume Up / Down to move between options
Use Home key to select an option
Use Back key to go back
From the clockwork menu choose: wipe cache partition.
From the clockwork menu choose: wipe data/factory reset.
From the main menu choose: Reboot

by this phone goes to ftp mode not in that mode which we needed

azim,hard reset way is right but it's work when.if phone have custom recovery.

download android sdk make search on google for download connect phone in fastboot press vol up and power for fastboot and in fastboto exe give fastboot -w command and you done

ZTE Blade Hard reset
try this:HOME + VOLUME UP + POWER ON ZTE for Hard reset recovery menu.
