hard reset dell xcd35

this the guide to hard reset of dell xcd 35

check by me worked 100%

so this is it

press home + vol up + on /off at the same time

u will ask for reset data select the option to wipe data by

pressing vol up & down button
come down to the option select option
pressing back key button

it will ask for ur permission select yes with back button

ur done after this all procedure it will ask u to boot do it with same back key

& than it takes few minutes to start do not remove battery in middle as it take few time after reboot button show & it show dell logo

i am trying this method in a dell xcd35 pattern locked but it is not working ,

when i press these keys then it only shows dell logo and hangs ...

plz help ...
