dont worck because mobile still, ask google acount, try many times not remeber google acount, in other mobile with android all well before hard reset, aniway?? thanks a lot¡¡¡

Due to a design error, the current sw version is missing a recovery mode by hardware buttons therefore you can't reset it. There's a way to boot it into recovery by software but since you can't enable debug mode that's no help either. Bad phone!!
