backup contacts on any android device

step 1: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...up.smscontacts download and install super backup application on your android device.

step 2: once super backup application is installed on your android device,
open it.

step 3: once super backup application is launched,tap on the contacts backup button..

step 4: now super backup will open contacts backup menu. in contacts backup menu, tap on the backup button..

step 5: now,its will ask you to rename the backup acording to you wish (optional). once you are ready tap on the ok button to begin the backup process..

step 6: once backup is completed you will be able to see the summary of the backup....

restore contacts on any android device

step 1:https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...up.smscontacts download and install super backup application on your android device...

step 2: once super backup application is installed on your android device,open it...

step 3: once super backup application is launched , tap contacts backup button...

step 4: now super backup will open contacts backup menu tap on the restore button....

step 5: now, it will automatically locate the backup file (.vcf) on your android device.. simapally locate backup .vcf file and tap on it to begin the restore process............

step 6: once contacts is restored successfully you will be able to see the summary of restore process...

step 7: now, to confirm your contacts is restored sucessfully,tap on the view contacts button and there you will be able to see your backup contact is restored...

This method will take much more time to backup large number of data on Android, Why not backup and restore Android data on computer?

If you back up on PC is efficient, and save memory of your phone, try this method better.
There are many Android Assistant software csn help back up all the files from the device to PC quickly, just do it.
